Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Voquo platform and services (“Service”) operated by Voquo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Voquo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables tradespeople to create, send, and manage quotes and invoices using voice recognition and AI. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use Voquo. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the Service on behalf of your business.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Subscription & Payment
Voquo is offered at £49 per month per company account (excluding VAT where applicable), covering up to 5 engineers. A 14-day free trial is available to new accounts — no payment details required during the trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly. You may cancel any time before your next renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ written notice.
4. Your Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data you input into Voquo. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service to you.
We will retain your data for 30 days following account cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to export any data you require before cancellation.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated output is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all quotes and invoices before sending them to clients. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
6. Client Communications
When you use Voquo to send quotes or invoices, you are acting as the sender. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all communications. You must ensure you have a lawful basis to contact your clients and that your use of client data complies with UK GDPR.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful communications; violate any applicable law; infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; transmit harmful code; or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The Voquo platform, including its design, software, and content, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Services
Voquo integrates with Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email), and Netlify (hosting). Payment processing via Stripe is handled directly by Stripe — we do not store or access card details.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
